Very poor managment

I have been going to this place for years. Some of the old men range managers are idiots such as Royce. This old man is more concerned with watching porn in the office than with safety. I could hear the moans of people having sex on a video he was watching when people were playing with guns and others were down range. If Royce wants to be a wanker he needs to just go home and be one.
