SLOW and rude FFL

I never used this FFL before until my most recent firearm purchase online. I was able to see exactly when my firearm was delivered to B & L firearms and it's been a couple days now and no phone call yet to pick it up. They definitely have my phone number because I called them the day before it was delivered to confirm their location and the guy who answered was a bit smug on the phone and eventually I found out he was the owner. I only called to verify the location since I knew the firearm didn't arrive yet but then the owner proceeded to tell me when it gets there he will call me when he's good and ready very arrogantly. This is one of the few places I could find to leave them a review since they don't have a real website or anything like that. I would not recommend this FFL to anyone and I hope this helps someone looking for an FFL.
